How will I receive my Pet?
After purchase, we will send you a friend request from “LunarBloxOfficial” to the Roblox username you provided during your purchase. Once you accept the request, join "LunarBloxOfficial" in Adopt Me, and your Pet will be delivered immediately through trading!
When will I receive my Pet?
Most orders are completed within 5–7 minutes. You will receive a friend request from "LunarBloxOfficial" shortly after your purchase, and your Pet will be delivered as soon as you join them in Adopt Me!
What if I don't receive a friend request within 20 minutes?
Most orders are delivered within 5–7 minutes. If you haven't received a friend request after 20 minutes, please contact us via Live Chat with your order number, and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible!
What if I entered the wrong Roblox username?
If you entered the wrong Roblox username, please contact us via Live Chat with your order number and the correct Roblox username as soon as possible. As long as your order has not yet been delivered, we'll do our best to update your username so you can receive your Pet without any issues!
What if I'm offline after purchasing?
No Problem! If you're offline when we attempt to deliver your order, your order will be placed on Pending Delivery until you're available. When you're back online Simply accept the friend request and message "LunarBloxOfficial" on Roblox. You will receive a reply within 10-15 minutes. Then join "LunarBloxOfficial" in Adopt Me to receive your Pet!
Pending Delivery orders are held for up to 48 hours. If an order remains unclaimed after 48 hours, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. You may request a full refund at any time before your order has been delivered by contacting us through Live Chat or by emailing support@lunarpets.net
If your order remains unclaimed for more than 48 hours after our first delivery attempt, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Once a digital item has been successfully delivered through Roblox - Adopt Me's trading system, the order is considered complete and is not eligible for a refund.
