LunarPets Refund Policy

At LunarPets, we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund process. Because we sell digital in-game items for Roblox - Adopt Me, refunds are only available under certain circumstances described below.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund if:

Your order has not yet been delivered through Roblox's in-game trading system.
Your order remains unclaimed for more than 48 hours after our first delivery attempt.

Once a digital item has been successfully delivered and accepted through Roblox's trading system, the order is considered complete and refunds are generally not available, except where required by applicable law.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund before delivery, please contact us through:

Please include:

Your order number.
The email address used during checkout.
Your Roblox username (if applicable).

3. Unclaimed Orders

If an order remains unclaimed for more than 48 hours after our first delivery attempt, LunarPets may cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct Roblox username and making reasonable efforts to complete the delivery.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund has been approved, LunarPets will process it as soon as possible.

Most refunds are issued within 48 hours. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

5. Fraud & Abuse

LunarPets reserves the right to refuse refunds if we believe our refund policy is being abused, including but not limited to:

Repeatedly placing orders with no intention of completing delivery.
Providing false delivery information.
Filing chargebacks after successful delivery.
Any other fraudulent or abusive activity.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent refusal of future service.
