Welcome to LunarPets ("LunarPets", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
IMPORTANT : LunarPets is an independent online marketplace and is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Uplift Games LLC, Adopt Me, or any other third-party developer, platform, or publisher. All Roblox, Adopt Me, and related trademarks and intellectual property are the property of their respective owners.
1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using LunarPets, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our Services.
To place an order, you may be required to provide information such as your email address, Roblox username, and payment details. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account you create and for all activity that occurs under your account. LunarPets is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.
2 - OUR PRODUCTS
LunarPets sells digital in-game items for Roblox Adopt Me.
All products sold through our website are digital virtual items delivered through Roblox's in-game trading system. No physical goods are shipped.
Product images are provided for reference only. While we strive to accurately represent every item, minor differences may occur due to game updates or display settings.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct Roblox username during checkout and for accepting the in-game trade. Once an item has been successfully delivered through Roblox, the order is considered fulfilled.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.
3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a digital product from LunarPets.
Orders are only accepted after successful payment has been received and processed. LunarPets reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock availability, or violations of these Terms.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before completing checkout. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
4 - PRICES & PAYMENTS
All prices displayed on LunarPets are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices may be shown in your local currency for convenience. However, your payment provider may apply exchange rates, conversion fees, taxes, or other charges beyond our control.
By placing an order, you authorize LunarPets and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the full purchase amount.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information. LunarPets is not responsible for declined transactions, bank fees, currency conversion charges, or payment processing delays caused by third-party payment providers.
5 - DELIVERY
All products sold by LunarPets are digital products delivered through Roblox's in-game trading system.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, Roblox server availability, customer response time, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers must provide the correct Roblox username and cooperate with the delivery process. LunarPets is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, unavailable players, Roblox outages, or other events outside our control.
Once a trade has been successfully completed, the order is considered delivered.
6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the LunarPets website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, designs, product descriptions, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to LunarPets and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or use any content from LunarPets without our prior written permission.
Roblox, Adopt Me, and all related names, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Their use on our website is solely for identification purposes and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.
7 – REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
LunarPets maintains a separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
• Refunds before delivery: Customers may request a full refund at any time before their order has been successfully delivered through Roblox's trading system.
• Unclaimed orders: If a completed order remains unclaimed for more than 48 hours after we first attempt delivery, LunarPets may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• After delivery: Once a digital item has been successfully delivered and accepted through Roblox's trading system, the order is considered complete and refunds are generally not available, except where required by applicable law.
• Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before delivery at our discretion. Approved cancellations will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback after successful delivery may be treated as fraudulent activity. LunarPets reserves the right to provide payment processors with delivery records, trade confirmations, timestamps, and other relevant evidence. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
8 – FRAUD PREVENTION
LunarPets takes fraud prevention seriously.
We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or refuse any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. Additional verification may be requested before an order is completed.
Fraudulent activity, including payment fraud, account abuse, or filing chargebacks after successful delivery, may result in order cancellation, permanent refusal of service, or legal action where permitted by law.
For security and dispute resolution purposes, LunarPets may retain records of completed orders, communications, and delivery confirmations.
9 - PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of LunarPets is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
While we strive to keep all information on LunarPets accurate and up to date, occasional errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur, including product descriptions, pricing, availability, or delivery estimates.
LunarPets reserves the right to correct, update, or remove information at any time without prior notice. If a significant error affects an order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:
• Attempting to commit fraud or payment abuse.
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks after successful delivery.
• Providing false or misleading payment or account information.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff or other customers.
• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing LunarPets content without permission.

We do not guarantee that our website will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
13 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LunarPets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
